Men at work

I share this space with the town crew.  Watching one of them teach another how to swing a mean bucket, I thought a four foot wide trench would let me fill enough concrete to get me from asphalt to the shop's concrete. (My little red pallet jack doesn't take well to the seven feet of stinkin' desert.)  Before I knew it, I had a pad my jack and a one-ton pallet would disappear into like a mastodon into the La Brea tar pit.
